Product Overview
The Column-Type Palletizing Robot is designed for automatic palletizing of bagged products in a compact and efficient way. The system adopts a vertical lifting column and rotary arm structure, allowing it to pick bags from the infeed position and place them onto pallets according to the preset stacking pattern. It is suitable for applications where stable palletizing performance, compact footprint and flexible layout are required. The robot can be equipped with a customized bag gripper according to the bag dimensions, bag material and product characteristics. Material-contact parts can also be manufactured in stainless steel when required. This system is suitable for bagged powder and granular materials in industries such as feed, fertilizer, chemicals, food ingredients, building materials and other bulk-material packaging lines.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
Working Principle
Filled bags are transferred to the robot picking position by the infeed conveyor. The column-type palletizing robot moves vertically and rotates its arm toward the bag. The customized gripper picks up the bag and transfers it to the palletizing position. According to the preset pallet pattern, the robot places the bag onto the pallet layer by layer. The robot repeats the cycle until the pallet is completed. After one pallet is finished, the system can continue palletizing on the next pallet position or work together with pallet conveyors and other automatic conveying equipment if required.
