Product Overview
The YIHORA 4-Axis Robotic Palletizer is designed for automatic palletizing of bags, cartons, pails, crates and similar packaged products. This series is available in 100 kg and 180 kg payload models to match different load and reach requirements. The robot adopts a 4-axis vertical articulated structure, offering stable movement, repeatable positioning accuracy and efficient palletizing performance. Depending on the selected model, the maximum working radius reaches up to 3150 mm, while the palletizing speed can reach approximately 600–800 cycles per hour. The system is suitable for industries such as building materials, feed, chemicals, grain and oil, food, daily chemicals, beverages, pharmaceuticals, home appliances and electronics. The palletizing robot can be integrated with grippers, conveyors, pallet dispensers, safety fencing and control systems to form a complete robotic palletizing solution. Dual-line or dual-station applications can also be evaluated according to the project requirements.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
Working Principle
Products are transferred to the palletizing position by the infeed conveyor. The robotic palletizer picks up the product through a suitable gripper, such as a bag gripper, clamp gripper or customized end-of-arm tool, and places it onto the pallet according to the preset stacking pattern. The control system coordinates robot movement, product positioning and palletizing sequence. When one pallet is completed, the system can switch to the next pallet position or continue palletizing in a dual-line or dual-station configuration if required. The entire system can be integrated with upstream packaging machines and downstream pallet wrapping or conveying equipment to form a complete automatic palletizing line.
