Product Overview
The YIHORA YH-BBF Series Bulk Bag Filling Machine is designed for quantitative filling of powders, granules and irregular bulk materials into 500–1500 kg FIBC bags. Different feeding configurations are available according to the material characteristics. Arc-gate feeding is suitable for free-flowing granules, screw feeding is used for powder materials, belt feeding is available for organic fertilizer and irregular products, and sealed valve feeding can be selected for powders with suitable flowability. The standard system provides automatic weighing, automatic lifting and hook release, with a reference capacity of 25–30 bags per hour and weighing accuracy of approximately ±0.3%. The machine structure, feeding system, material-contact parts, bag-supporting mechanism and discharge conveyor can be customized according to the material, bag size and production requirements.
