Build the filling station around the material, bag and handling method

The filling range, load-cell arrangement and feeding method are selected around the target FIBC weight and required accuracy
Powders, granules and irregular bulk materials can require different feeders, dust-control connections and filling-spout designs
Bag-loop support, inflatable spout sealing and bag-lifting functions are reviewed against the selected FIBC construction
Vibration, settling or deaeration can be evaluated when material behavior affects bag shape, stability or usable volume
Forklift access, pallet or conveyor discharge and the available building height must be included in the layout review

Can the same FIBC filling machine handle both powder and granules?

The frame and weighing system may cover more than one material, but the feeder, spout, dust control and operating settings must be checked for each product. Share the properties and required output of every material before a common configuration is proposed.

What determines the required installation height?

The upstream feeder, weighing arrangement, filling spout, bag height, lifting travel and take-away method all affect the overall height. A site section or measured clearance is needed before the layout is confirmed.
