Working Principle
Powder material enters the machine hopper and is fluidized by compressed air. The pneumatic feeding system conveys the material through the filling spout and into the valve bag. The weighing system continuously monitors the filled amount and stops the feeding process when the preset target weight is reached. After filling, the valve section of the compatible bag is positioned at the ultrasonic sealing unit. Ultrasonic energy generates localized heat within the sealing layer and closes the bag valve. Dust generated during filling can be removed through an external dust-collection system connected to the machine.

How does the air-flow feeding system work?

Can all valve bags be sealed ultrasonically?
No. The bag material and valve sealing layer must be compatible with ultrasonic sealing. Bag samples or detailed specifications should be provided before confirmation.
What compressed-air supply is required?
The reference pressure is 0.5–0.75 MPa, with a stated air consumption of approximately 60 m³/h.
Is a dust collector required?
A dust-extraction system is recommended for powder materials. The required airflow and dust-control configuration depend on the material and workshop conditions.
