PRODUCT INFORMATION

Product Overview

The YIHORA 20–50 kg Impeller-Type Ultrasonic Valve Bag Packing Machine is designed for quantitative filling of dry powder, mortar and similar materials into valve bags. The machine uses an impeller-driven feeding system with pneumatic assistance to transfer material through the filling spout. This structure is suitable for powder products that require stable forced feeding rather than gravity-only discharge. After filling, the valve area is closed by an ultrasonic sealing system. The standard filling range is 20–50 kg per bag, with an average packing speed of approximately 3–4 bags per minute and a reference output of 3–6 tons per hour. The machine can be used for wall putty powder, plastering mortar, masonry mortar, tile adhesive, self-leveling mortar, bonding compounds and resin-coated sand. The final configuration should be selected according to the material characteristics and valve bag structure.

Working Principle

Powder material enters the machine hopper and is transferred toward the filling outlet by the rotating impeller. During filling, the impeller provides forced material feeding while compressed air assists the discharge process. The weighing system monitors the filled amount and stops feeding when the preset target weight is reached. The filled valve bag is then processed by the ultrasonic sealing unit. Ultrasonic energy fuses the compatible sealing area of the bag valve to complete the closing process. Dust generated during filling can be connected to an external dust-extraction system through the machine dust-control interface.

FAQ

What materials is this machine suitable for?

It is suitable for dry powder and mortar materials such as wall putty powder, plastering mortar, masonry mortar, tile adhesive, self-leveling mortar and similar products.

What is the standard filling range?

The standard filling range is 20–50 kg per valve bag.

What is the reference packing speed?

The average packing speed is approximately 3–4 bags per minute. Actual speed depends on the material, target weight and bag structure.

What is the reference output?

The reference production capacity is approximately 3–6 tons per hour.

What is the filling accuracy?

The reference filling deviation is controlled within approximately ±300 g under suitable material and operating conditions.

How is the material fed into the bag?

The machine uses an impeller-driven feeding system with pneumatic assistance to transfer powder through the filling spout.

How is the valve bag sealed?

A compatible valve area is sealed using an ultrasonic sealing system after filling.

Can every valve bag be sealed ultrasonically?

No. The bag material and valve construction must be compatible with ultrasonic sealing. Please provide bag samples or detailed bag specifications before confirmation.

What compressed-air supply is required?

The reference compressed-air pressure is 0.5–0.75 MPa, with a stated consumption of approximately 60 m³/h.

Does the machine require a dust collector?

A dust-extraction connection is recommended for powder materials. The required dust-control configuration depends on the material and workshop conditions.

Can a discharge conveyor be added?

Yes. A bag discharge conveyor can be evaluated according to the required packaging process.

What information is required for a quotation?

Please provide the material name, bulk density, target bag weight, required capacity, valve bag dimensions, valve opening size and destination country or port.
