M-Type Turntable Pallet Stretch Wrapper

The YIHORA M-Type Pallet Stretch Wrapper combines the operating principle of a turntable pallet wrapper with an open M-shaped platform designed for pallet-truck access. The pallet can be placed directly onto the turntable using a manual pallet truck. After the pallet truck is removed, the turntable rotates while the film carriage moves vertically along the machine column to apply stretch film around the load. Wrapping heights of 1,600 mm and 1,800 mm are available. The pre-stretch version can include a film-cutting function, helping reduce film consumption and simplify the finishing process. For light, unstable or easily displaced products, an optional pneumatic top press can hold the load in position during wrapping. Machine specifications can be customized according to the pallet dimensions, loaded height, weight and required operating process.

The operator uses a manual pallet truck to place the palletized load directly onto the M-shaped turntable. After the pallet truck is removed, the leading end of the stretch film is attached to the load. The wrapping cycle is then started through the machine control system. The turntable rotates while the pre-stretch film carriage moves vertically along the column. The film is stretched and applied around the pallet under controlled tension. The wrapping height and number of wrapping cycles can be adjusted according to the product. If the pneumatic top press is selected, it holds the load in position during the wrapping process. At the end of the cycle, the film is cut by the configured film-cutting system or finished according to the selected machine configuration.

The M-type pallet wrapper is designed mainly as a stand-alone pallet wrapping station for facilities using manual pallet trucks. Its open turntable structure allows pallets to be loaded and unloaded directly without a conventional full-width ramp. The machine can be positioned near palletizing, warehousing or dispatch areas. For automatic conveyor transfer or unmanned pallet handling, a conveyorized pallet wrapping system may be more suitable.
