Product Overview
The YIHORA Mobile Pallet Stretch Wrapper is a self-propelled wrapping machine designed to travel around stationary palletized loads. Unlike conventional turntable wrappers, the pallet remains on the floor while the machine moves around it and applies stretch film. This makes the machine suitable for large, heavy, unstable or irregular loads that are difficult to rotate. Wrapping heights from 1,800 mm to 3,000 mm are available. The machine can also be configured with wireless remote control and optional automatic film cutting according to the required operating process. Working Principle
The palletized load remains stationary on the floor while the mobile wrapping machine travels around it. Before operation, the operator positions the machine beside the pallet and secures the leading end of the stretch film to the load. After the wrapping cycle starts, the drive system guides the machine around the pallet while the film carriage moves vertically along the column. The pre-stretch film carriage applies film under controlled tension, allowing the machine to wrap the load from bottom to top. The wrapping process can be operated from the machine controls or an optional wireless remote control. At the end of the cycle, the film is finished manually or cut automatically, depending on the selected configuration.

What wrapping heights are available?
The mobile pallet wrapper is available with wrapping heights from 1,800 mm to 3,000 mm. Customized heights can also be evaluated according to the maximum loaded pallet height.
Does the pallet need to rotate during wrapping?
No. The pallet remains stationary while the self-propelled machine travels around the load and applies stretch film.
What types of loads are suitable for this machine?
The machine is suitable for large, heavy, irregular or unstable pallet loads that are difficult to place on or rotate with a conventional turntable wrapper.
Is there a maximum pallet size?
There is no fixed turntable-diameter limitation. However, sufficient floor space must be available for the machine to travel safely around the pallet.
Is there a maximum load weight?
Because the pallet remains on the floor, the machine does not directly support the load weight. The floor, pallet and handling equipment must still be suitable for the actual product weight.
How long can the machine operate on one charge?
The 24 V, 105 Ah battery normally supports approximately 6–8 hours of operation. Actual operating time depends on the load size, wrapping program and working conditions.
What is the packaging capacity?
The reference packaging capacity is approximately 20–30 pallets per hour. Actual output depends on pallet dimensions, wrapping height, film layers and operating conditions.
Can the machine be operated by remote control?
Yes. A wireless remote-control configuration is available for more convenient operation.
Does the machine cut the film automatically?
Manual film finishing and optional automatic film-cutting configurations are available. Please specify the required automation level when requesting a quotation.
