The YIHORA 5–25 kg High-Precision Three-Stage Feeding Granule Open-Mouth Bagging Machine is designed for accurate weighing and packing of free-flowing granular materials. The weighing system combines an arc-gate valve with a vibrating pan feeder to perform coarse, medium and fine feeding. This three-stage feeding process helps the machine approach the target weight quickly while maintaining stable final weighing accuracy. The standard weighing range is 5–25 kg per bag, with a reference packing speed of 6–8 bags per minute and a weighing accuracy of approximately ±0.2%. The complete packing system can include the bagging scale, storage hopper, belt conveyor and vertical double-thread bag sewing machine. Working Principle
Granular material is first stored in the upper hopper and then enters the weighing system. At the beginning of the weighing cycle, the arc-gate valve supplies material rapidly for coarse feeding. As the measured weight approaches the target value, the feeding rate is reduced. The vibrating pan feeder then performs medium and fine feeding to control the final amount more accurately. When the preset weight is reached, the feeding system stops and the weighed material is discharged into an open-mouth bag held below the weighing unit. The filled bag is placed on the belt conveyor and transferred to the GK35-6A sewing machine. The bag mouth is sewn closed while the conveyor supports and moves the bag through the closing process.
